At Ronin Self Defence (West London) the focus is on teaching applicable, real-world, self protection that’s effective for everyday people. Drawing on techniques and tactics from a number of current and traditional systems fused with modern training methods, the result is a simple yet effective system.

We teach defences against strikes, escapes from chokes or holds, knife and gun hold-ups or attacks, pre-emptive striking and how to survive if the fight goes to the ground. Also covered are the legal aspects of self-defence, psychological and physiological changes that occur during conflict and one of the most over-looked areas in self-defence; avoiding conflict in the first place.

RSD (WL) is registered with the British Combat Association.
